Each Star comes with a 1-year FREE unlimited software update, which includes update on all existing software as well as future release of all new software. After the 1-year FREE update period, you can subscribe to one-year unlimited software update plan for a nominal fee.

4. How can I update the software for Star system?

5. What is the warranty for Star system?
Star system comes with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defect(s) and malfunction(s).

7. What is the policy for shipping and handling?
All shipping and handling within the continental U.S. are provided for free with the purchase of $2,000 and more. Delivery of products within the U.S. will be handled by UPS or FedEx Ground Services. Express Delivery is available upon customer's request for a fee. Depending on the quantity and amount of the purchase, most shipping and handling outside the U.S. will be handled on FOB basis. However, AUTOBOSS USA is not responsible for customs duty or other import taxes.
