The OBD II Code Reader is a professional and inexpensive code scanner for the do-it-yourselfer. The OBD II Code Reader will display the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) that are causing a malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) to respond. The hardware supports SAEJ1850 (VPW, PWM), ISO9141-2 and ISO14230 (KWP2000) communication protocols for all 1996 and newer vehicles.
