MercedesBenz EQC400 new car air conditioning does not cool troubleshooting
A 2020 Mercedes-Benz EQC400 electric vehicle experienced an AC failure during its PDI inspection. Despite normal airflow and refrigerant levels, the air conditioning system did not cool. Using XENTRY diagnostics, fault codes indicated an internal compressor issue and a blown high-voltage fuse.
