AUTOOL ATF702 Transmission Fluid Changer Operating Instructions

Step 1: Preparation

Check that all parts are complete and in good working order.

Add approximately 12 liters of new transmission fluid to the new fluid tank, leaving the old fluid tank empty.

Step 2: Circulation Cleaning

Safely lift the vehicle and locate and disconnect an easily accessible transmission fluid hose.

Select the appropriate connector and connect the machine's red and blue hoses to the two ends of the disconnected hose.

Start the engine, determine the fluid inlet and outlet directions, and connect the hoses correctly.

Set the machine valve to cleaning mode, start the machine, and begin the circulation cleaning process.

During the cleaning process, switch between different gears, holding each gear for 5-10 seconds. Turn off the machine after approximately 5 minutes. Engine

Step 3: New and Old Oil Exchange

Set the machine valve to exchange mode and start the machine to begin injecting new oil.

Observe the new and old oil sight glass: If the new oil flows in slower than the old oil flows out, fine-tune the return oil line valve to balance the flow rate.

During the exchange process, switch between gears (holding each gear for 5-10 seconds) until the old oil becomes clear and nearly indistinguishable from the new oil.

Turn off the engine and restore the transmission oil lines to their original positions.

Restart the engine and check the oil level; add new oil if necessary.

Check all lines for leaks.

Step 4: Final Inspection

Road test approximately 1 kilometer, then check the oil level and lines again to ensure everything is normal.
