Swing-Arm Tire Changer for Standard and Low-Profile Tires<\/h3>\n

The TCA403 is a swing-arm tire changer without an auxiliary arm. Protective jaw sleeves and an anti-scratch mounting head limit contact with the rim, and a digital gauge shows pressure during inflation. It needs an 8\u201310 bar shop-air supply.<\/p>\n

      How to Use<\/h4>\n

      1. Confirm the wheel<\/b>Check rim diameter and width, tire outside diameter, profile, condition and wheel weight against the machine range.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Deflate fully<\/b>Remove the valve core and confirm zero pressure before bead breaking or demounting.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Break the bead<\/b>Lubricate the bead, keep the bead-breaker shoe clear of the rim and keep hands outside the moving zone.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Center and clamp<\/b>Center the rim on the turntable and confirm all jaws engage evenly.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Set arm and head<\/b>Position the swing arm and mounting head with the required rim clearance, protectors and tire lubricant.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Demount or mount<\/b>Keep the bead in the drop center while the turntable rotates.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Seat and inflate<\/b>Follow the tire and rim inflation procedure, stay out of the trajectory zone and never exceed the seating or service pressure.<\/span><\/li>\n
