A 4,500 kg Clear-Floor Lift in Standard or Wide Column Spacing<\/h3>\n

      1. Qualify the site<\/b>Confirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, ceiling and door clearance, power and approach space.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Inspect before use<\/b>Check anchors, columns, arms, pads, hoses, cables, cylinders, locks and synchronization parts.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Position the vehicle<\/b>Center it between the columns with doors, tires and bodywork clear of moving parts.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Set pickup points<\/b>Place arms and pads at the manufacturer’s approved lift points for the actual wheelbase and load.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Raise and check<\/b>Lift just enough to take the load, verify all contact points and balance, then continue while watching both sides.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Lock before working<\/b>Lower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone goes underneath.<\/span><\/li>\n
