Pulse Two Injectors at Once for Response and Spray Checks<\/h3>\n

The CT60 is a handheld signal generator that drives two compatible injectors together so you can compare actuation, spray shape and spray angle under the same settings. It needs separate cleaning or test equipment to hold the injectors and manage fluid, and it does not measure flow.<\/p>\n

        Anwendung<\/h4>\n

        1. Identify the injector<\/b>Confirm whether it is a standard or compatible high-voltage type, and choose the connector and observation setup.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Prepare the work area<\/b>Switch off the engine, remove the injector per the service procedure, ventilate and contain fuel or cleaner spray.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Connect the injector<\/b>Attach the pulse lead and adapter securely, with the injector installed in suitable cleaning or test equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Power the CT60<\/b>Use the supplied adapter and cables as the manual describes.<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Set mode, RPM and time<\/b>Select the injector mode, then use the same RPM and duration for every comparison.<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. Run and observe<\/b>Watch actuation, spray pattern, angle and unwanted dripping without entering the spray path.<\/span><\/li>\n
