Blast Carbon From Intake Ports and Valves, Then Vacuum the Media Back<\/h3>\n

The BL200 uses compressed air to drive walnut-shell media through the enclosed intake manifold, knocking carbon off the ports and intake\/exhaust valves, and its vacuum draws the media and debris back into the storage bucket for reuse. An external air compressor with dry, filtered air is required.<\/p>\n

        • Requires an external air compressor (not included) fitted with an air dryer and filter; moisture makes the media clump. Never exceed the unit’s maximum rated working pressure.<\/li>\n
        • Before cleaning, make sure the intake valves of the port being cleaned are fully closed, and cover other openings so media and carbon cannot enter the cylinders or other components.<\/li>\n
        • Wear safety goggles, a dust mask and gloves, and hearing protection when needed. Never point the blasting gun at people or animals.<\/li>\n
        • Stop immediately if blockage, media leakage or abnormal suction occurs. Disconnect power and air and release residual pressure before cleaning, servicing or disassembly.<\/li>\n
        • Choose the 110 V or 220 V version to match your local power.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
