Selected higher-value listings have their own rates, which take priority over the category rate. Currency conversion and display rounding can affect the final displayed amount. Products of other brands are sold at the regular price for every tier, and membership rates never apply to the AUTOBOSS Store Warranty or other paid service add-ons.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"abpp-sec\" id=\"business\"><span class=\"abpp-num\">4<\/span><h2>Planning a Larger Purchase?<\/h2>\n<p>For multiple units, workshop rollouts or reseller purchases, tell us the products, quantities and delivery country. Business members can request a quotation from their account and use purchase lists to prepare repeat orders. A written offer may provide different pricing from the published tier rate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"abpp-actions\"><a class=\"abpp-btn\" href=\"\/es\/my-account\/business-pricing\/\">Discuss Business pricing<\/a> <a class=\"abpp-btn abpp-btn--ghost\" href=\"\/es\/contact-us\/\">Contact the store team<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"abpp-sec\" id=\"rules\"><span class=\"abpp-num\">5<\/span><h2>Membership Rules<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Sign in to use your tier price.<\/strong> Membership discounts apply to eligible merchandise from participating brands (AUTOOL, MRCARTOOL, FXTUL, CMTOOL and DUOYI) in your signed-in account. They do not retroactively change orders already placed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Two ways to qualify for Pro.<\/strong> Submit your company or workshop name and business type for professional review, or reach both US$1,500 in qualifying purchases and 3 completed orders within a rolling 365-day period. A professional-interest checkbox at registration does not itself approve Pro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Completed purchases count.<\/strong> Qualifying spend uses completed order totals less refunds, including the tax or shipping contained in those totals, converted to US dollars using the order&#8217;s recorded exchange rate. The 365-day window uses the order date. Guest purchases with the same billing email can count toward your account. Pending, failed and cancelled orders do not qualify.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business requires approval.<\/strong> Spending more does not automatically create a Business account. Supply your company information, location count and expected annual purchases so our team can review your needs. If an application is declined, you can normally apply again after 30 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Existing Pro status is retained.<\/strong> Pro is not automatically downgraded when recent purchases fall below the threshold. Account corrections or manual tier changes are recorded by the store team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Promotions and coupons have their own rules.<\/strong> The pricing system preserves an existing lower sale price. Ordinary coupons do not stack on items where a membership tier discount is already being used, unless that coupon explicitly allows it. Tier-restricted coupons require an eligible account. Shipping, the optional AUTOBOSS Store Warranty and other paid service add-ons never receive membership rates or coupon discounts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Two separate warranties.<\/strong> Every product carries its manufacturer&#8217;s official warranty, on the manufacturer&#8217;s terms. Products from participating brands also include the AUTOBOSS Store Warranty, which is separate from the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty; Pro adds 3 months and Business adds 6 months to it. Your tier at purchase is recorded on the order, and later tier changes do not shorten that order&#8217;s Store Warranty. Pro and Business support requests receive priority handling. See our <a href=\"https:\/\/autoboss.com\/es\/warranty-policy\/\">Warranty Policy<\/a> for coverage and claims.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email preferences are separate.<\/strong> Registering or receiving a checkout account does not subscribe you to marketing. Choose whether to receive member offers and use the email confirmation where requested. You can unsubscribe from marketing later.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The program uses prices and service benefits.<\/strong> Membership does not currently earn redeemable points, cashback or a stored-credit balance. Any separate promotional offer follows its own conditions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Future updates apply to future purchases.<\/strong> We may adjust participating brands or products, or publish new rates. Your final order confirmation and any accepted written quotation determine the commercial terms for that order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"abpp-sec\" id=\"faq\"><span class=\"abpp-num\">6<\/span><h2>Questions Before You Join<\/h2>\n<div class=\"abpp-faq\">\n<details><summary>Do I need a company to become Pro?<\/summary><p>No. A personal customer can qualify through US$1,500 and at least 3 completed orders in the last 365 days. Professionals can instead apply for verification.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Why is a product&#8217;s discount lower than the tier maximum, or zero?<\/summary><p>Membership rates apply only to products from AUTOOL, MRCARTOOL, FXTUL, CMTOOL and DUOYI; other brands are sold at the regular price for every tier. Within those brands, the maximum is available on participating accessories. Diagnostic equipment, workshop equipment and selected higher-value listings have their own rates. An already lower sale price may also leave no additional tier reduction.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Is the Store Warranty discounted for members?<\/summary><p>No. The optional 2-year AUTOBOSS Store Warranty is priced separately and is not discounted by membership rates or coupons. Pro and Business members get extra Store Warranty months instead.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Will my first guest order receive a member discount?<\/summary><p>A guest order is priced as a guest order. Creating an account after payment helps you track it and qualify for future benefits; it does not refund the difference.
