        1. Choose the function<\/b>In the immobilizer menu for the vehicle, select Read ECM Immo data.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Select the ECU<\/b>Pick the ECU type, then choose bench mode with the MP001.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Connect<\/b>Link the ECU to the MP001 and host as shown on screen, using the ECM-001’s matching plug.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Read<\/b>Read the ECU info, then run Read IMMO Data under Advanced Functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Menu names follow OBDSTAR’s X300 Classic G3 procedure for a VW MED17.5.25 ECU.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
