      How to Use<\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Set up for vacuum<\/b>Close the red and blue valves, power on and select vacuum mode; if stray digits show, hold the zero button until the readings return to zero.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Connect and evacuate<\/b>Connect to the system in the direction of refrigerant flow, open both valves and start the vacuum pump.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Close and check for leaks<\/b>Close both valves, switch off the pump and use leak test mode to confirm the system holds.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Select refrigerant<\/b>In pressure mode, choose the refrigerant with R+\/R- and set the units.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Purge the hoses<\/b>Open the refrigerant cylinder valve and briefly press the pressure release valve to vent air from the hoses.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Charge<\/b>With the system off, add some refrigerant through the red valve and close it; then run the system and charge through the blue valve.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Disconnect safely<\/b>Close all valves and wait for high-side pressure to fall to a safe level before removing that hose.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Charging procedures differ by equipment and refrigerant; follow the equipment maker’s requirements.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
