Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning for Larger Loads, Drained Without Tipping<\/h3>\n

The CT85 cleans compatible immersible parts in a 10 L stainless tank with four 40 kHz transducers, adjustable heat and separate cleaning and heating timers, then empties through a drain ball valve. It cleans injector parts but does not test injector performance.<\/p>\n

        How to Use<\/h4>\n

        1. Load and fill<\/b>Close the drain valve, place the basket and parts, add a suitable fluid to the required level, connect power and switch on.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Set heating<\/b>Choose a temperature approved for the fluid and parts, set the heating time and press the heating key.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Select the mode<\/b>Start in Normal mode, or press the degassing key for Degassing & Frequency-Sweep mode.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Run and finish<\/b>Set the cleaning time, press start, and inspect the parts after the automatic stop.<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Drain<\/b>Cool, switch off and disconnect power, route the outlet safely, open the valve, then close it again.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n
