The main shaft and the flange are equipped with interference fit (tight fit) + the end face is fixed by spot welding. The interference fit and the shaft center are more accurate. Due to the small amount of spot welding, the spindle is less deformed by heat and will not be deformed. Reduce the accuracy of the shaft.
The principle of gap matching precision debugging:
After installation, the chuck holds the standard rod, rotates the spindle, carefully observes the eccentric direction of the chuck, marks the eccentricity, and then moves the chuck in half in the opposite direction.
Then turn the spindle and observe the eccentricity. If there is an offset, adjust it again as described above until it is satisfactory.
