Pulse-Test and Clean Fuel Injectors on the Bench With 12V or 5V Drive
The V30 drives fuel injectors with 8 selectable pulse modes at 12V or 5V to simulate engine operating conditions, so you can spot clogged, leaking, damaged or burned-out injectors and check injection volume and spray pattern. It can be paired with any fuel pressure tester.
- 8 Pulse Modes
- 12V / 5V Drive
- Tests 2 Injectors at Once
- 6 Nozzle Adapters
- Reverse Polarity Protection
Key Features
-
8 Pulse Modes
Modes 1โ4 drive at 12V and modes 5โ8 at 5V, each set offering single, short, long and continuous pulses; the display shows the selected mode number.
-
Two Injectors Side by Side
Four pulse output terminals drive two injectors at once, so you can compare injection volume and timing under the same test conditions.
-
Mode Lock
During pulse output the mode button is disabled; press Start/Stop to end the output before changing modes, which keeps test conditions uniform.
-
Built-In Protection
Reverse polarity protection guards the tester if the battery clips are connected the wrong way, and short-circuit protection guards it if an injector is damaged or an output terminal is shorted.
-
Car and Motorcycle Injectors
Six nozzle adapters let it clean and test most automotive and motorcycle injectors.
