Handling time + transit time

Delivery time is order handling time plus carrier transit time.

Handling time runs from payment confirmation until the parcel is handed to the carrier. Transit time starts when the carrier receives the parcel and ends when it is delivered. A fastest transit time of 1 business day refers only to the carrier leg after shipment; it does not mean every order arrives within 1 business day in total.

Worldwide Delivery and Exceptions

We offer worldwide delivery unless a specific product or destination restriction is stated. Orders ship from the available warehouse according to actual stock, the product and the delivery destination.

Worldwide delivery does not mean that every destination has the same shipping price or delivery time. Review the applicable service and charge at checkout before payment. Any special product, remote-area or freight arrangement must be disclosed and agreed before payment; contact support before ordering if the required service is not shown.

The United States rates described below apply to United States delivery. For other destinations, review the destination-specific checkout quote or any written freight quotation agreed before payment. Import duties, taxes and customs or brokerage charges are handled as explained below.

Order Handling Time

Orders are handled within 1-3 business days after payment is received and the order is ready to process. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays that affect the warehouse or carrier concerned.

Our daily order cutoff is 14:00 CST (UTC+8). Orders placed after the cutoff may be processed on the next business day.

Where same-day handover to the carrier is possible for a local-stock item, the product page, cart, checkout or shipping service may show a quicker estimate. Otherwise the standard handling time of 1-3 business days applies.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = handling time + transit time. Transit time only begins once the parcel is with the carrier. The shipping methods, charges and estimates available to you depend on the product, destination, stock location, parcel size and checkout configuration.

For example, a local-stock item with 1-3 business days of handling and 1-10 business days of transit has an estimated total delivery time of 2-13 business days.

Current checkout labels include Free Shipping, Standard Shipping and CN Warehouse Standard Shipping. The available checkout service depends on the shipping destination and the selected warehouse. A standard service name does not by itself confirm an air, ocean or oversized-freight arrangement.

Local Stock and Fastest Transit Time

Local-stock items shipped from our warehouses in the US, UK and Germany usually take 1-10 business days in transit after shipment, depending on the delivery address and carrier service.

The fastest estimate of 1 business day describes transit after the parcel is handed to the carrier. It is not a guaranteed total delivery time for every order.

International Air Freight

Air-freight orders shipped from Shenzhen or another cross-border warehouse usually take 3-10 business days in transit after shipment, giving an estimated total delivery time of 4-13 business days once handling time is added.

Oversized, Freight and Ocean Shipping

Local oversized or freight items usually take 3-15 business days in transit, with an estimated total delivery time of 4-18 business days.

International ocean freight and heavy-item delivery usually takes 30-50 business days in transit, with an estimated total delivery time of 31-53 business days.

Lifts, tire changers, wheel aligners and other heavy or special-handling equipment may need freight or ocean shipping. These products can have longer transit windows, require a delivery appointment or carry other delivery conditions.

If a product needs oversized freight or ocean freight, please check the product page, cart and checkout carefully before paying. A dedicated ocean-freight service is not currently available as a standard checkout option. Contact support before ordering if the item requires a separately arranged freight service.

United States Shipping Charges

For delivery to the United States, ordinary standard shipments cost USD 12 when the order product subtotal after discounts is below USD 59. At USD 59 or more, eligible ordinary shipments qualify for free standard shipping. China-warehouse shipments are charged separately and do not qualify for this free-shipping threshold.

China warehouse: items shipped together from China are charged using their combined recorded shipping weight. A positive combined weight below 2 kg costs USD 12 per shipment. At 2 kg or more, shipping costs USD 5 per kg, calculated proportionally rather than rounded up to whole kilograms. For example, 2 kg costs USD 10 and 2.532 kg costs USD 12.66.

Each China-warehouse item without a recorded shipping weight adds USD 12 per unit. This is added to any charge for items with a recorded weight in the same shipment. For example, a shipment containing 1.5 kg of weighed items and one item without a recorded weight costs USD 24.

Orders containing China-warehouse items and ordinary or US-warehouse items may be split into separate shipments. The checkout total adds the shipping charges for those shipments. The USD 59 threshold for the ordinary shipment uses the whole order’s product subtotal after discounts, including products in the China-warehouse shipment. It does not apply separately to each package. Reaching USD 59 does not remove the China-warehouse shipping charge. For example, if the whole order’s product subtotal after discounts is USD 59 and its China shipment weighs 1.5 kg, eligible ordinary shipping is free and China shipping is USD 12. If a discount reduces that subtotal to USD 58.99, ordinary shipping is USD 12 and China shipping is USD 12, for USD 24 shipping in total. Review the selected warehouse, shipping options and total before payment.

These charges describe the current United States checkout rules. Destination restrictions and any separately agreed freight arrangements must be confirmed before ordering; a standard shipping label does not identify an item as US stock.

Shipping Charges and Free Standard Shipping

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. For United States delivery, eligible ordinary shipments qualify for free standard shipping when the order product subtotal after discounts is USD 59 or more. China-warehouse shipments remain separately chargeable.

The USD 59 threshold is based on the product subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties and shipping. Some destinations, remote areas, oversized or ocean-freight items and B2B quote orders may follow different rules, which are shown before payment.

China-warehouse shipping is excluded from the ordinary free-shipping threshold. Separately arranged freight follows the quotation agreed before payment.

Duties, VAT, Customs and Brokerage Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or similar charges set by the destination country or carrier.

If such charges are shown at checkout, please review them before paying. If they are charged separately by customs, the carrier or a broker, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Tracking Information

Tracking usually becomes active within 24-72 hours after shipment. If there has been no tracking update for 5 business days after activation, contact [email protected] with your order number and tracking number.

International tracking can pause while a parcel moves between countries, waits for customs or is handed to a last-mile delivery network. You can check your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Tracking Shows Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around the delivery address, with neighbours, building reception or a mailroom, and any carrier pickup point named in the tracking details. Some carriers mark a parcel as delivered shortly before it actually arrives.

If the parcel still has not appeared after one business day, contact [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Carriers may ask the recipient for a signed statement, and the outcome depends on the carrier’s findings.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging is clearly damaged, take photos before opening it and, where possible, note the damage with the carrier at delivery.

If a product is damaged in transit, an item is missing or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, photos of the outer box, the inner packaging and the product, and the shipping label. Carriers set their own claim deadlines, so reporting early helps us resolve the case. Keep all packaging until the case is closed. Approved cases are handled as described in the Return & Refund Policy, and you will not pay return shipping for transit damage or our error.

Split Shipments and Multiple Packages

Orders with several items may ship in separate parcels when products are stored in different warehouses or need different shipping methods. A split order may have more than one tracking number.

Address Changes and Failed Delivery

If you need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships. Once the parcel is with the carrier, we cannot guarantee an address change.

If a parcel is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to collect, or refusal to pay required import charges, the customer may be responsible for the actual costs that result.
