Break, Demount, Mount and Inflate Car and Light Truck Tires From One Station
The MRCARTOOL 112 combines a bidirectional motor, a four-jaw self-centering turntable, a side-mounted pneumatic bead breaker and an inflation gauge with an automatic pressure limit, all run from three foot pedals for one-person operation.
- Pneumatic Bead Breaker
- Self-Centering Turntable
- Three-Pedal Control
- Auto Pressure-Limit Inflation
- Oil-Water Separator
Key Features
-
Bidirectional Self-Centering Turntable
Four linked jaws lock the rim in the center, and the turntable rotates clockwise or counterclockwise from the foot pedal. The jaws carry scratch-resistant protective plates.
-
Side-Mounted Bead Breaker
A heavy-duty pneumatic cylinder with an adjustable bead breaker blade breaks tight beads.
-
Scratch-Protective Mount/Demount Head
The high-rigidity column and quick-lock handle keep the head about 2 mm from the rim edge to help prevent scratches on aluminum alloy wheels.
-
Three-Pedal Control
Independent pedals control turntable rotation, jaw opening and closing, and bead breaker movement.
-
Safety Inflation Gauge
The inflation handle and pressure gauge include an automatic pressure-limiting mechanism to help prevent over-inflation and tire bursts.
-
Air Supply Conditioning
The side-mounted filter regulator removes moisture from the compressed air and lubricates pneumatic components to extend valve and cylinder life.
-
Stable, Quiet Construction
A reinforced steel base keeps operation steady with low vibration.
Highlights

In the Workshop
One operator works the wheel while the pedals drive the turntable.

Four-Jaw Turntable
Protective plates on the jaws help guard the rim.

Bead Breaker
The side-mounted arm and blade press the bead off the rim.

How to Use
- Prepare the tireDeflate the tire completely and remove all old wheel balancing weights.
- Break the beadPlace the tire against the side wheel support and press the bead breaker pedal to separate the bead on both sides.
- Clamp the wheelPlace the wheel on the turntable and press the clamp pedal to lock the rim with the self-centering jaws.
- Set the headLower the vertical arm, lock the M/D head at its rim clearance, and lubricate the tire bead with grease.
- DemountLever the bead over the M/D head with the crowbar, then press the turntable pedal to rotate clockwise and remove the tire.
- Mount and inflateAlign the new tire bead with the M/D head, rotate clockwise to mount it, and inflate with the airline gauge.
Good to Know
Caution
- Always deflate the tire completely and remove old balancing weights before breaking the bead or clamping the wheel.
- Apply plenty of mounting grease to both sides of the bead before demounting and mounting; without it the bead rubber or internal bead cords can be damaged.
- When levering the bead over the head, position the valve stem about 10 cm to the right of the head to avoid damaging the valve, pressure sensor or inner tube.
- Keep hands and body clear of the tire during inflation; inflate in short pulses, check pressure often, and never exceed the manufacturer’s recommended limit or the machine’s automatic limit.
