Catch Waste Oil Under the Lift, Then Empty the Tank by Air
The OD710 sets a 20 L catch pan up to 1.5 m high beneath a lifted vehicle, collects drained engine oil into a 30 L tank, and uses low-pressure shop air to push the oil out to your waste container. A vehicle lift is required.
- 30 L Tank
- 20 L / 41 cm Pan
- Up to 1.5 m Height
- 0.6โ0.8 bar Discharge
Key Features
-
Wide Gravity Catch Pan
A 41 cm, 20 L pan gives a wide target under the drain plug.
-
Lockable Height Adjustment
Turn the lifting rod counterclockwise to adjust the pan height, clockwise to lock it.
-
Thickened 30 L Tank
1.5 mm thickened material helps reduce oil and air leakage.
-
Level You Can See
A sight window shows how full the tank is so you know when to discharge.
-
Pneumatic Discharge
Shop air pressurizes the tank to move collected oil out, with a check valve and a safety valve that vents above 1.0 bar.
-
Mobile Base
360ยฐ swivel casters with locks, a handle and a tool tray for small parts.

How to Use
- Assemble the panFit the lifting rod and pan funnel by turning clockwise and check the rod stands vertical.
- Position under the vehicleRoll the unit under the lifted vehicle, lock the casters and set the pan height beneath the drain point.
- Drain by gravityWith the engine off and oil at 40โ60 ยฐC, drain into the pan while watching the tank level.
- Prepare to dischargeRoute the discharge hose to an approved waste-oil container, close the drain and inlet valves, and connect air to the inlet valve.
- Pressurize and emptyOpen the inlet valve; after 5 seconds slowly open the drain valve. Cut the air when the tank is empty.
- Depressurize and cleanRelease internal pressure and clean the unit before storage.

Good to Know
Caution
- For waste engine oil only. Never use with brake fluid, gasoline, diesel, liquids containing methanol or ketones, or any flammable liquid.
- Oil at 40โ60 ยฐC can burn: wear gloves and safety goggles, keep the engine off, and keep flames and smoking away.
- Use only the specified air pressure for discharge. If a hose or part leaks, shut off the air immediately and inspect before continuing.
- Do not use the lifting rod as a handle to move the unit.
Care
- Check and tighten loose screws and connections regularly; replace worn parts.
- Store clean and dry, away from heat and humidity.
- Dispose of or recycle waste oil according to local regulations.
