The CMTOOL Exhaust Back Pressure Tester is a practical diagnostic tool designed to quickly and accurately identify exhaust system restrictions that affect engine performance. Measuring exhaust back pressure, it helps determine whether issues such as clogged catalytic converters or blocked exhaust components are present. Built for ease of use and reliable results, this tester is ideal for professional technicians and DIY users looking for an efficient way to diagnose exhaust-related problems in a wide range of vehicles.

  • Carrying Case Design: Thanks to its custom-molded black carrying case, you can easily organize every piece of this set in an orderly manner, ready for your next job. The kit can also be protected during storage to avoid damage or loss
  • High Temperature Resistant Hose: The 6ft hose allows the user to test from the driver's seat, making your repairs easier and saving you time and energy. The hose is made of special thickened silicone material, which is not only wear-resistant but also high temperature resistant about 300°C, fully meeting your needs
  • Easy to Operate: The adapter in the exhaust back pressure gauge kit is M12 and M18 threads. The tester is tested at idle and 2500rpm. The pressure should be lower than 1.25psi at idle, and lower than 3psi at 2500rpms
  • High Definition Gauge & Protective Rubber Cover: The gauge (2.5 inches) of the exhaust pressure tester has 2 pressure units (PSI and bar) and 3 colors to indicate good or bad status, highly visible markings help you quickly and accurately determine the condition of the vehicle's exhaust system. The gauge is also equipped with a shockproof rubber protective cover, which is comfortable to handle and prevents the gauge from being damaged due to falling
  • Important Hint: The gauge has been checked and calibrated to ensure accurate test results. If the gauge pointer is not in the initial state "0", it may be that the gauge has been impacted during transportation. In this case, you can disassemble the cover and adjust the pointer to "0", without affecting the test results
