Blast Carbon From Intake Ports and Valves, Then Vacuum the Media Back
The BL200 uses compressed air to drive walnut-shell media through the enclosed intake manifold, knocking carbon off the ports and intake/exhaust valves, and its vacuum draws the media and debris back into the storage bucket for reuse. An external air compressor with dry, filtered air is required.
- 1200 W Recovery Motor
- 22 Intake Adapters
- Vacuum Media Recovery
- 110 V / 220 V Versions
- Reusable Media
Key Features
-
Air-Blast Carbon Removal
A high-pressure air stream propels walnut shells so they tumble and strike the deposits inside the closed intake manifold.
-
Vacuum Recovery
The 1200 W motor provides the suction that pulls media and carbon debris into the storage bucket through a dedicated connector.
-
Built-In Media Filter
The filter separates carbon deposits from the walnut media to prevent clogging, so clean media can be reused.
-
22 Dedicated Adapters
Fit a wider range of vehicle models and intake port shapes.
-
Mobile Base
Swivel casters let you roll the unit around the vehicle.
Highlights

In the Bay
Blasting gun and recovery hose work together at the intake port while the unit stays beside the vehicle.

Media Recycling
The built-in filter keeps carbon out of the media you reuse.

Sealed Adapters
Choose the adapter that matches the intake port shape to seal the nozzle.

Swivel Casters
Move the unit by its handle on a caster base.

Good to Know
Caution
- Requires an external air compressor (not included) fitted with an air dryer and filter; moisture makes the media clump. Never exceed the unit’s maximum rated working pressure.
- Before cleaning, make sure the intake valves of the port being cleaned are fully closed, and cover other openings so media and carbon cannot enter the cylinders or other components.
- Wear safety goggles, a dust mask and gloves, and hearing protection when needed. Never point the blasting gun at people or animals.
- Stop immediately if blockage, media leakage or abnormal suction occurs. Disconnect power and air and release residual pressure before cleaning, servicing or disassembly.
- Choose the 110 V or 220 V version to match your local power.
Care
- Check hoses and fittings for secure, leak-free connections and blockages before use, and keep vacuum recovery running throughout blasting.
- Replace media that is damp, contaminated or broken down into fines; store media in a sealed container away from moisture.
- After cleaning, remove all remaining media and debris and inspect the area before reassembly and engine start.
- Clean the filter, hoses and media container regularly, and keep the unit clean and dry.
