Fine-Media Walnut Blasting With Angled Tubes for Spark-Plug-Hole Access
The WD816 blasts 0.4โ0.6 mm walnut media through 23 intake adapters or eight angled tubes while a filter screen and HEPA stage recover media and carbon. Combustion-chamber cleaning through the spark plug hole is only for vehicles whose procedure allows it; an external compressor is required.

- 0.4โ0.6 mm Media
- HEPA Recovery
- Blasting / Air Gun
- Mobile Cabinet
Key Features
-
Angled Access Tubes
Eight bent tubes reach through the spark plug hole where the vehicle procedure permits chamber preparation, sealing and recovery.
-
Adapters for Varied Intake Ports
Twenty-three adapter shapes cover different intake connections; check fit and seal on the exact engine.
-
Two-Stage Gun
Separate Blasting and Air positions let you cut the media and clear the area with air alone.
-
Filter Screen and HEPA Stage
Collected media and carbon residue pass a filter screen and HEPA structure during recovery.
-
Panel Controls
Filling and Recovery modes, a pressure regulator and status indicators organize loading, blasting and collection.
-
Organized, Mobile Layout
A lockable storage cabinet, side hose hook and TPR wheels keep the machine and its accessories together between bays.

Good to Know
Caution
- An external compressor is required. Supply dry, filtered air through suitable hoses and fittings with enough duty cycle; walnut media is also needed unless your order lists it.
- Use combustion-chamber, intake or exhaust access only when the vehicle procedure names the access point and method. Tube reach alone does not make a job suitable.
- Recover all visible media before starting the engine.
- Wear eye, hand and respiratory protection, ventilate the work area and follow the media SDS.
Care
- Reuse recovered media only when both the manual and the vehicle procedure permit; use fresh media whenever either requires it.
- Confirm the 110 V or 220 V nameplate before connecting power.
