The V209 combines ultrasonic cleaning with closed-loop oil pressure control to clean and test standard, GDI, EFI/FEI and FSI injectors from cars, motorcycles and outboard motors. It simulates engine operating conditions across nine test modes so you can compare four injectors at once.

Ultrasonic Cleaning
Fully automatic cleaning removes carbon deposits, gum and other contaminants, with room for six injectors in the tank so you do not have to repeat the cycle.

Practical Details
A pressure gauge monitors working pressure, a window shows the test fluid level, and separate drain valves recover cleaning and test fluid. The test bench is explosion-proof and leak-proof.

Good to Know
Caution
- Never start the ultrasonic cleaner without cleaning solution in the tank; this damages the machine.
- Do not put the pulse signal cable or its connector into the cleaner.
- Limit each ultrasonic cleaning run to 30 minutes or less to avoid shortening its service life.
- Do not use aggressive cleaning fluids for testing.
Care
- For test fluid, medical alcohol or paraffin wax is recommended; for cleaning, use a fluid made for carbon cleaning.
- If the machine will not be used for a long time, recover the test fluid and unplug the unit after testing.
