Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning and Six-Position Injector Testing
Clean compatible gasoline, EFI, FSI and selected GDI injectors in a heated ultrasonic tank, then compare up to six injectors for spray, leakage, collected volume and pulse response at 12 V, 70 V or 120 V drive. Testing runs at low bench pressure, not original GDI pressure.
- 6 Injector Stations
- 12 / 70 / 120 V Drive
- Heated to 50 °C
- 28 kHz Ultrasonic Tank
- 3 Cleaning + 10 Test Functions
Key Features
-
Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic energy combined with thermostatic heating, used when the cleaning chemistry, injector material and procedure permit heat.
-
Selectable Injector Drive
Choose 12 V, 70 V or 120 V to match supported injectors, using verified part-number and manufacturer information.
-
Side-by-Side Comparison
Observe up to six injectors under one controlled setup for relative spray and collected-volume differences.
-
Pulse-Injection Observation
Run intermittent injection at supported pulse settings to compare response and spray behavior.
-
Leak, Spray and Volume Checks
Glass tubes and an illuminated test area show comparative leakage, spray shape and volume once fixture sealing is checked.
-
Reverse Flushing
Available for injector designs where the feed direction and manufacturer procedure allow reverse flow.
-
Practical Workshop Controls
Fluid-level indicator, drain valves, glass-tube lighting, foldable grip and side handle.
-
Accessory Storage Drawer
Keeps adapters, plugs, cables, seals and fittings close to the bench.

How to Use
- Identify the injectorRecord make and part number, and confirm drive, feed direction, adapter, seals and temperature limit.
- Select adapter and voltageChoose the connector, rail adapter and 12 V, 70 V or 120 V setting from verified data; stop if the drive is unknown.
- Fill and set heatFill the tank to the manual’s level with approved cleaning fluid and set a permitted temperature.
- Run the cleaning cycleSecure and connect the injectors, then run the ultrasonic and pulse-cleaning cycle.
- Mount and sealInstall injectors with the correct fittings and new seals where required, and plug every unused position.
- Configure the testAdd approved test fluid and set voltage, pressure, pulse, time and test mode.
- Test, compare and drainRun checks under identical conditions, swap channels if needed, retest after cleaning and drain each fluid through its own path.

Good to Know
Caution
- Never run the ultrasonic tank dry; doing so may damage the ultrasonic system.
- Keep cleaning fluid out of the test circuit. Never use gasoline or a corrosive cleaner as test fluid.
- Heat only when the injector, seals and cleaning chemistry are compatible with the chosen temperature.
- CT450 is not a high-pressure GDI characterization, coding or calibration machine.
Care
- Before long storage, recover or drain the test fluid through the specified path.
- Before judging an injector, rule out adapter, seal and channel leakage and repeat the test under the same settings.
