Steer Around Hidden Engine Parts and Record the View Without a Phone
The SVB308 pairs a joystick-steered four-way probe with 1080P imaging and a built-in screen, then lets you detach the screen and hose for transport or service. Only the probe is waterproof, and the engine must be cooled before inspection.

Key Features
-
360° Four-Way Articulation
The joystick steers the probe into narrow, curved and hard-to-reach spaces inside engines, pipes, combustion chambers and hidden structures.
-
Lighting for Dark Spaces
Six LEDs with three brightness levels improve visibility in dark engine compartments, wet pipes and internal passages.
-
Detachable Screen and Hose
Remove the screen and flexible hose for storage, portability and accessory replacement; the hose comes off by unscrewing the screw near the AUTOOL logo.
-
Magnetic Base
Attach the device to magnetic surfaces for hands-free viewing during an inspection.

How to Use
- Define the targetIdentify the symptom, entry point and surface to see, and confirm the probe and viewing range suit that path.
- Check the equipmentInspect the tip and cable, charge the device, check steering and lighting, and confirm files can be saved.
- Prepare the vehicleIsolate moving and live parts, let the area cool and prepare a clean access point.
- Power on and insertHold the power button, open the camera cover, then insert gently while watching the live image.
- Guide and recordSteer and adjust the light to bring the target into focus, then capture it from useful angles.
- Withdraw and storeReturn the tip to a position that clears the path, withdraw gently, then clean, dry and store the probe.

Good to Know
Caution
- Never inspect a hot engine; engine temperatures may reach 80–100 °C or higher after shutdown. Heat damage to the probe hose or camera may require a paid replacement.
- IP67 applies to the probe only. Keep the screen, handle and main unit dry, and confirm oil, fuel, coolant or solvent compatibility separately.
- Use the joystick to bend the probe; never force it by hand, and do not hold maximum bend for long periods.
- Stop if you feel resistance while withdrawing instead of pulling harder.
- Do not use or store the device in explosive, flammable, corrosive or strong electromagnetic environments, or on humans or animals.
