Test the Battery and Hand Over a Printed Result

The AUTOOL BT760 checks lead-acid battery condition, cranking, charging and system voltage under electrical load, then prints the result at the vehicle. It does not charge batteries and does not support lithium batteries.

  • 12V / 24V Batteries
  • 30–2000 CCA
  • Built-In Thermal Printer
  • 3.2-Inch Color Screen
  • Flooded / AGM / GEL / EFB

Key Features

  1. Four Test Menus

Battery, cranking, charging and max load tests, reporting battery health, voltage, current, resistance, SOH, SOC and ripple.

  2. On-Site Printing

Press the print key for a paper report for workshop records or customer handover.

  3. Multi-Standard Ratings

Select the rating standard from the battery label before testing: CCA, IEC, EN, DIN, JIS or GB, among others.

  4. Wide Lead-Acid Coverage

Flooded, AGM flat plate, AGM spiral, GEL and EFB batteries in cars, vans, trucks and motorcycles.

  5. One Handheld Unit

Good to Know

Caution
  • Lithium batteries are not supported; the BT960 covers lithium testing.
  • The tester does not charge batteries; use separate charging equipment when needed.
Care
  • CCA, SOC and health figures are algorithm-based indicators, not measured amp-hours or an exact service-life forecast. Read them with the battery rating, charge state, temperature and vehicle tests.
  • Repeat an unexpected result after checking terminal contact and charge state.

FAQ

Is the max load test a traditional battery load test?

No. It observes running-system voltage with the vehicle’s electrical loads switched on; it is not a high-current resistive battery load test.

How should I test a 24 V vehicle?

Confirm whether the vehicle procedure calls for observing the whole system or testing each 12 V battery separately.
