Recover, Evacuate and Recharge R134a Systems From One Station
Preset the job values on the LM707 and it runs recovery, evacuation and recharge in sequence while you monitor the prompts. A built-in filter and separator clean recovered refrigerant for permitted reuse. R134a only; the station does not identify refrigerant.
- R134a Only
- Automatic Sequence
- ±10 g Scale
- 2 × 350 mL Oil Bottles
- 12 kg Internal Tank
Key Features
-
Automatic Recovery, Vacuum and Recharge
Enter the recovery, evacuation and recharge values, then let the station run the steps in order while you check prompts and final results.
-
Weighed Refrigerant Quantities
The built-in electronic scale measures refrigerant weight during recovery and refilling.
-
Recovered-Refrigerant Cleaning
A filter and separator clean recovered R134a for permitted reuse, and internal circulation purification keeps the stored refrigerant in condition.
-
Separate New and Used Oil
One bottle for new oil and one for used oil keep compressor-oil draining and manual refilling apart.
-
Onboard Working Tank
Stores R134a so the station can service several vehicles in a row without changing cylinders.
-
Centralized Controls
Display, keypad and dedicated pressure gauges keep setup and system readings in one place; the interface is available in six languages.

How to Use
- Verify refrigerant and vehicle dataConfirm the vehicle uses R134a and look up the correct refrigerant charge and oil information.
- Inspect machine and tankCheck hoses and couplers, oil and pump-oil levels, filter status, tank safety and working refrigerant quantity.
- Connect with the engine offAttach the high- and low-side couplers securely and keep hoses clear of heat and moving parts.
- Preset and runEnter the recovery, evacuation and recharge values, then monitor the automatic sequence.
- Verify and disconnectReview recovered and charged amounts, pressures and A/C operation, then close and disconnect safely.

Good to Know
Caution
- Never connect the LM707 to HFO-1234yf, mixed, unidentified or any other refrigerant.
- Never fill the internal tank above 80% of its capacity; the margin guards against extra pressure from external factors.
- Keep at least 3 kg of refrigerant in the tank, or recharging may not be possible.
- Start recovery no more than 10 times per hour; frequent starts can damage the compressor.
- Do not use compressed air to pressure- or leak-test the station or the vehicle A/C circuit.
- Use grounded power that matches the unit nameplate, and keep the station away from open flames and hot objects.
Care
- Replace the filter after 100 kg of recovered refrigerant, following the device prompt.
- Service the vacuum-pump oil when the 600-minute reminder appears, or sooner if it turns cloudy or contaminated.
- Run circulation purification about once a month.
- Add compressor oil according to the amount discharged; avoid overfilling.
- Do not modify the pressure-reducing valve or system settings.
