AUTOOL LM707 Usage Precautions
-
Safety First: Read the instruction manual carefully before use. Keep away from open flames or hot objects. Do not use compressed air for pressure or leak testing.
-
Refrigerant Compatibility: This unit is designed for R-134a refrigerant only. Do not mix with other refrigerant types. Before operation, verify the refrigerant type used in the vehicle's AC system and turn off the engine.
-
Tank Usage Guidelines: The internal tank has a maximum capacity of 12kg. Do not exceed 80% (approximately 9.6kg) of actual usage to prevent hazards caused by abnormal pressure from external factors. To ensure proper recharging, maintain at least 3kg of refrigerant remaining in the tank.
-
Operation Frequency Limit: Do not start the recovery process more than 10 times per hour to avoid compressor damage.
-
Oil Management: Refrigerant oil typically bubbles when discharged from the compressor. Add new oil in appropriate amounts based on the discharged volume—avoid overfilling. During routine maintenance, open the main door to check and add vacuum pump oil to the normal level.
-
Filter Replacement: The unit will prompt for filter replacement after 100kg of cumulative use. Contact us for the replacement code. After replacing, reset the filter data on the device page. If no prompt appears, enter the universal password "8609" to complete the operation.
-
Vacuum Pump Oil Maintenance: The unit will prompt an oil data reset after 600 minutes of total vacuum pump operation. If the oil becomes turbid or contains impurities, replace it promptly.
-
Regular Cycle Purification: It is recommended to run the cycle purification function once a month to clean the refrigerant inside the unit's pipelines and maintain equipment performance.
