Clean and Compare Six Gasoline Injectors Side by Side
The AUTOOL CT200 ultrasonically cleans standard 12 V gasoline injectors, then runs up to six at once on a backlit rail so you can compare spray pattern, leakage and collected volume under matched low-pressure settings. It does not test GDI high-pressure or diesel injectors.
- 6 Injectors at Once
- 3 Cleaning + 9 Test Modes
- 1,700 mL Ultrasonic Tank
- Backlit 110 mL Tubes
- Reverse Flushing
Key Features
-
Six-Position Test Bench
Graduated tubes give a side-by-side view of spray and collected volume across a full six-injector set.
-
Simulated Operating Conditions
Test modes cover idle, medium speed, high speed, acceleration, variable speed, leakage, spray pattern and volume.
-
Repeatable Pressure Settings
Electronic pressure control lets you record a setting and reuse it for a matched retest after cleaning.
-
Digital Parameter Display
The panel shows the selected function, pulse width, test time and injection count.
-
Reverse Flushing
Helps remove contamination from compatible top-feed injectors with the correct adapter.
-
Drain and Recovery
A recovery valve and drain function discharge or recover fluid after the procedure.

How to Use
- Identify and record a baselineConfirm each part number, 12 V requirement and adapter fit, label the positions and record the starting results.
- Pre-clean the exteriorRemove loose dirt with a suitable cleaner before loading the ultrasonic tank.
- Fill and cleanAdd approved ultrasonic fluid, connect the pulse leads and run the cleaning procedure.
- Mount the injectorsFit the rail and up to six injectors, plug unused positions, check seals and add test fluid.
- Run the testsRun leakage, spray, volume and simulated-speed modes, plus reverse flushing where compatible, while watching pressure.
- Retest and recoverRepeat with identical settings, record the outcome and drain or recover the fluids.

Good to Know
Caution
- Never put cleaning liquid in the test circuit; it can corrode internal parts, degrade rubber and cause leaks. Use non-corrosive injector test fluid there.
- Do not run the ultrasonic tank dry; add the correct fluid first.
- Cleaning fluid, test fluid and on-car cleaning adapters are included only when the package explicitly lists them.
- Choose the 110 V or 220 V version for your region, keep liquids away from ignition sources and ventilate the area.
Care
- When testing fewer than six injectors, close every unused position; five plugs cover a single-injector setup.
- Fix any adapter leak or unstable pressure before reading a low or uneven result.
FAQ
Which test fluid should I use?
Professional automotive injector test fluid, which is colorless, odorless and non-corrosive. If it is not available locally, 75%+ medical alcohol can be used temporarily.
Can CT200 clean diesel injectors?
It can clean them with an approved injector-specific liquid and method, but it cannot test diesel injectors.
Can it certify injector flow?
No. It supports visual and collected-volume comparison; pass limits must come from the injector specification or service procedure.
Can injectors be cleaned without removal?
Only with optional accessories and a separate procedure from bench testing. Confirm the kit and vehicle application first.
