Works great on my LB7 Duramax for checking injector balance rates and fuel rail pressure has a lot of options to choose from to check different modules and active functions so far really like it.

The MaxiCheck MX900 is Autel’s base-model scan tool that replaces the MX808. It reads and clears codes on all vehicle systems, runs bi-directional active tests and covers 40 service functions, with support for the DoIP and CAN FD protocols.

  1. Upgrade From the MX808

    Longer battery life, more memory and a faster processor than the MX808 it replaces.

  2. Service Functions

    Oil reset, EPB reset, SAS reset, battery registration, throttle reset, ABS bleed and more.

  3. OE-Level All-System Diagnostics

    Read and clear fault codes on all vehicle systems, view live data in several formats and read ECU information.

  4. AutoVIN and Auto Scan

    Retrieves VIN information quickly and runs a full system scan for the identified vehicle.

  5. Full Bi-Directional Control

    Injector tests, headlamp and fuel pump control, A/C cycling, clutch engagement and disengagement, oil pressure testing, vehicle level position calibration, brake vacuum pump operation and valve testing.

  6. Advanced Functions

    Pre- and post-scan reports, Wi-Fi printing and auto authentication for FCA vehicles.

  7. Workshop Tools

    Remote access technical support, plus data management that keeps files, customer info and vehicle records organized.

Very capable and well supported

I can say the new mx900 is much faster than my old device. bigger screen, faster cpu, larger battery, more vehicles covered, supports new protocol can fd and doip, has fca access with autoauth.....have tried on honda, toyota, ford, chevrolet vehicles, all good.

Does the job perfectly

The MX900 is lightweight but does not feel cheap. I keep it on my cart for quick scans and the battery lasts all week. Packed well in the box.

No frills but it works every time. Used the MX900 to run a health check on a used car I was evaluating. It pulled hidden codes from the ABS module that a generic tool missed. Shipped fast with no issues.
