How to Use AUTOOL AST618 Brake Fluid Flush?

Step 1: Raise the car to a suitable height so the drive wheels are not on the ground.

Step 2: Connect the device’s four oil ports to the car’s brake cylinder. Then, loosen the exhaust screw on the brake cylinder to allow the oil to flow out.

Step 3: Pour 5 liters of new brake fluid into the equipment’s fuel filler port. Then, find the matching connector to connect to the brake master cylinder’s fuel filler.

Step 4: Connect to 12V car power and turn on the power switch button.

Step 5: Press the Vacuum Switch button.

Step 6: Press the Fuel Switch button to change the brake fluid.

Step 7: During the oil changing process, look at the car brake oil tank mouth, if the refueling is too slow, press the acceleration switch button on the device to accelerate refueling; if it’s too fast, press the deceleration switch button to slow down.

Step 8: After the oil change, drain the used oil from the equipment’s tank completely. If not fully emptied, it can damage the vacuum pump and prevent further oil change operations.
