After much consideration, I finally chose the ATF802. I was initially worried that the automatic transmission fluid change process would be complicated and prone to errors, but this machine is highly automated—once the hoses are connected and the parameters are set, it automatically completes the circulation flush and fluid exchange. After the fluid change, I took it for a test drive, and the jerkiness I used to feel during low-gear shifts was noticeably reduced; acceleration felt much smoother. The machine is built with high-quality materials, and the hoses seal exceptionally well. For anyone who enjoys doing their own car maintenance, this is definitely a top-notch tool that’s well worth the price!

In the past, using old equipment or traditional gravity-fed oil changes not only resulted in an incomplete flush but was also a particularly cumbersome process. Since getting the AUTOOL ATF802, its equal-volume automatic oil change and flushing functions have been incredibly effective—the transition between old and new fluid is clearly visible. Begeleide ATF-verversing met aparte pompen voor nieuwe en gebruikte vloeistof

De ATF802 detecteert de stroomrichting, stemt de toevoer van nieuwe vloeistof af op de afvoer van gebruikte vloeistof en begeleidt je bij elke stap op een 5-inch scherm, terwijl twee mechanische manometers de druk weergeven. Voor automatische transmissies die verversing via de koelerleidingen ondersteunen; stel het uiteindelijke vloeistofpeil in volgens de procedure voor het voertuig.

Gebruiksaanwijzing

  1. Controleer de voertuigprocedureControleer of de transmissie geschikt is voor vloeistofverversing via de koelleidingen en bepaal het aansluittraject.
  2. Bereid vloeistof en adapters voorVul het apparaat met de voorgeschreven ATF, kies passende adapters en houd nieuwe en opgevangen vloeistof gescheiden.
  3. Sluit aan en controleer op lekkenZet het voertuig veilig vast, sluit de toevoer- en retourleidingen aan en inspecteer elke verbinding.
  4. Voer de geselecteerde functie uitGebruik de via het scherm begeleide functie voor verversen, circuleren, afzuigen of bijvullen en houd daarbij de druk, doorstroming en het tankniveau in de gaten.
  5. Herstel en controleerSluit het vloeistofcircuit van het voertuig weer aan, stel het uiteindelijke vloeistofniveau in volgens de procedure voor het voertuig en controleer op lekkages.

Goed om te weten

Let op
  • Bestel de 110 V of 220 V AC-uitvoering die past bij de stroomvoorziening in je werkplaats en controleer het typeplaatje van de machine voordat je deze aansluit.
  • De machine vervangt de afsluitende niveaucontrole niet: stel het transmissievloeistofniveau in bij de voor het voertuig voorgeschreven temperatuur en volgens de voorgeschreven procedure.
  • Stem de adapter en het vloeistoftraject vóór aanvang af op de onderhoudsprocedure van de transmissie.
Onderhoud
  • Identificeer de ATF en reinig de vloeistofcircuits van de machine voordat je een andere geschikte vloeistof toevoegt.
  • Houd tijdens de hele onderhoudsbeurt de druk, vloeistofkijkglazen en het tankniveau in de gaten.
