I should have bought one of these years ago. We have an old Honda (1999) and and old Mini Cooper (2005) both have had difficulty passing the yearly emissions tests. I hooked this smoke generator to the emissions system on the Honda and was seeing smoke coming from all the leaks within just a couple minutes. I saved at least that in finding and fixing the emissions myself.

Spoor lekken in inlaat-, vacuüm-, uitlaat- en EVAP-systemen op door de rook te volgen

Veel motorstoringscodes worden veroorzaakt door moeilijk zichtbare lucht- of vacuümlekken. Deze 12V-rooklektester vult het systeem met zichtbare rook, zodat lekken zichtbaar worden. Hij is verkrijgbaar in drie uitvoeringen: F603, F703 en F803, en welke systemen je kunt testen, hangt af van de uitvoering.

Belangrijkste kenmerken

  1. Geen extra apparatuur nodig

    De ingebouwde luchtpomp en rookgenerator werken zonder aparte luchttoevoer. De accessoires omvatten een inlaatadapter, een conische adapter en een trechter.

  2. Manometer en debietmeter

    Bij uitvoeringen die hiermee zijn uitgerust, regelt de debietmeter de luchtdruk om de leidingen te beschermen en toont de manometer de toestand van het systeem, zodat je een lek kunt bevestigen voordat je het met rook lokaliseert.

  3. Testen van meerdere systemen

    Alle uitvoeringen testen uitlaat-, brandstoftank-, inlaat- en leidingsystemen. De F803 biedt daarnaast tests voor de afdichting van de auto, het carter, de turbo en het EVAP-systeem.

  4. Stabiele rookproductie

    De rookgenerator produceert een constante, niet-giftige rook die het EVAP-systeem niet beschadigt en de accu niet leegtrekt.

  5. Compact en draagbaar

    Een klein apparaat dat gemakkelijk tussen voertuigen mee te nemen is.

Gebruiksaanwijzing

  1. Bereid de motor voorZet de motor uit, verwijder het inlaatluchtfilter en reinig de binnenwand van de testaansluiting.
  2. Sluit de machine aanMonteer de haak, rookafvoerslang en voedingskabel, sluit de kabel aan op de 12V-voeding van het voertuig en plaats de conische adapter op de testaansluiting.
  3. Voeg olie toe en breng onder drukGiet 15-20ml rookolie in het apparaat, druk op de luchtregelschakelaar en wacht 30 seconden tot het systeem op druk is, controleer vervolgens de waarde op de manometer.
  4. Start de rookDruk op de rookschakelaar en steek het rookmondstuk weer in de conische adapter zodra er rook zichtbaar is.
  5. Zoek naar lekkenNa ongeveer 30 seconden vult de leiding zich met rook; controleer binnen 2 minuten op ontsnappende rook, zo nodig met een felle zaklamp.

Goed om te weten

Onderhoud
  • Vul rookolie bij met een fles met naaldtuit of een trechter. Als het apparaat te vol is, draai het dan ondersteboven om wat olie af te tappen.
  • Tap elke drie maanden alle oude olie af en vul bij met nieuwe olie.

ok, this tool is awesome first of all. me being like many of you scrolling and looking at reviews on products before we buy to make sure we dont get F$#ked. let me start of by saying i have read stuff from ppl that dont know how to others mess stuff up... some ppl just dont have common sense i guess. this is my first ever written review. this machine is simple and cool got here on time, was a awesome price, box is comes is super nice. and the machine itself is good quality, is hits all the checks in my box... ive always wanted one of these and i finally just brought it for a job i was doing yesterday. i cant say much more just wish i bought this machine years ago. it would of saved me so much time in trouble shooting and miss diagnosing vehicles. good luck ppl happy shopping
