This AST603 brake oil changer is really efficient.

This AST603 brake oil changer is really efficient. One‑button pulse operation makes brake fluid replacement easy, and it can even work on two sub‑pumps at the same time. The intelligent liquid level monitoring avoids air entering the system, and the corrosion‑resistant hoses are solid. It fits most car models and comes with clear gauges and stable connectors. Very professional and convenient for auto repair.

Received it within 4 days. The machine itself is fantastic, heavy stainless steel body, feels very professional. The adjustable pulsating pressure gets you a rock-hard pedal every time. Knocked off 1 star because the English manual is poorly translated and missing clear steps on how to properly depressurize the unit before disconnecting from the master cylinder. You’ll figure it out quickly (just crack the pressure release valve), but the manual is weak.

Only drawback is that most over the counter brake fluid containers are smaller than the suction hose off of the machine. That, and only three adapaters for brake fluid reservoir. Granted, they are the 3 most popular modern styles. If you need another style though, you’ll most likely have to buy another adapter kit and modify the adapters to work with this machine.

Remvloeistof verversen door één persoon met automatische stop bij een laag vloeistofniveau

De AST603 voert onder druk verse remvloeistof aan het reservoir toe, terwijl gebruikte remvloeistof telkens bij één remklauw wordt afgetapt, zodat niemand met het rempedaal hoeft te pompen. Het apparaat stopt automatisch wanneer de fles met verse remvloeistof leeg raakt of er geen druk kan worden opgebouwd.

Belangrijkste kenmerken

  1. Pulserend verversen met één knop

    Nadat de fles, slangen en aansluiting op het reservoir zijn voorbereid, start je de automatische verversing met één knop. Twee deelpompen werken samen om verse remvloeistof met de ingestelde druk aan te voeren, terwijl de gebruikte remvloeistof bij elke remklauw in de voorgeschreven volgorde wordt afgetapt.

Gebruiksaanwijzing

  1. Vul de machine voorOntlucht de machine vóór het eerste gebruik zodat de interne leiding met remvloeistof is gevuld; vul het reservoir van het voertuig tot de maximummarkering.
  2. Sluit de adapter aanMonteer een passende adapter op het remvloeistofreservoir en controleer de dop en slangaansluitingen op lekkage.
  3. Bouw de begindruk opHoud de startknop 5–6 seconden ingedrukt; laat los zodra de druk hoger is dan 0.6 bar.
  4. Werkdruk instellenStel de werkdruk in; de gebruiksaanwijzing adviseert doorgaans ongeveer 2 bar.
  5. De ontluchtingsschroef openenDraai de ontluchtingsschroef op de wielremcilinder of remklauw los om de oude vloeistof af te tappen.
  6. Houd de afvoerfles in de gatenControleer de laagvorming en kleur in de opvangfles voor gebruikte vloeistof; de donkerdere laag is de oude vloeistof.

Goed om te weten

Let op
  • Blijf de fles met nieuwe remvloeistof in de gaten houden. Als deze leeg raakt en de machine blijft draaien, kan er lucht in het remsysteem komen.
  • Gebruik bij voertuigen met een elektronische rembekrachtigingspomp de AST603 samen met een diagnosecomputer.
  • Remvloeistof is giftig. Draag een veiligheidsbril en beschermende handschoenen; spoel de huid bij contact onmiddellijk af met water en trek verontreinigde kleding uit.
  • De enige standaard meegeleverde adapter past niet op elk reservoir; controleer de opening vóór het onderhoud.
Onderhoud
  • Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat je aan de machine werkt, en open of wijzig de machine niet.
  • Controleer de machine vóór elk gebruik; stop bij afwijkingen en laat de machine door een vakman repareren.
  • Houd de machine droog en gebruik deze niet in vochtige omstandigheden.
