A+ tool. Fast shipping!

Arrived in 3 days. Box was slightly dented but the tester inside was perfectly fine. Hooked it up immediately to test some fouled plugs from my old Chevy. You can clearly see the spark jumping sideways to the ceramic on the bad ones. Good seller, solid tool. 5 stars.

Vergelijk tot vijf bougies naast elkaar op de werkbank

De SPT360 laat één aantoonbaar goed werkende referentiebougie en maximaal vier gedemonteerde testbougies vonken bij hetzelfde gesimuleerde toerental, zodat verschillen in de continuïteit van de vonken goed zichtbaar zijn door de transparante kap. Het apparaat vergelijkt het vonkgedrag in lucht, niet onder cilinderdruk of belasting.

Belangrijkste kenmerken

  1. Vergelijking met een referentie

    Plaats een standaardbougie in de referentieaansluiting en de te testen bougies in de vier andere aansluitingen voor een duidelijkere beoordeling.

  2. Instelbaar gesimuleerd toerental

    Stel de vonkfrequentie in met de knoppen RPM + en − en lees deze af op het verlichte LCD. De instelling is een vonkfrequentie voor de testbank, geen werkelijk motortoerental.

  3. Ondersteuning voor lange bougies

    De verstelbare hoogte van de houders maakt ze geschikt voor langere bougies van auto's en motorfietsen.

  4. Ontsteking in een gesloten behuizing

    De transparante beschermkap houdt hoogspanningsvonken binnen de behuizing, terwijl alle vijf posities zichtbaar blijven.

  1. Steek de stekkers inPlaats de standaardbougie in de referentieopening en de te testen bougies in de overige openingen.
  2. Sluit de voeding aanSluit de voedingsadapter aan op de aansluiting aan de zijkant en controleer of het indicatielampje gaat branden.
  3. Sluit het dekselSluit vóór het testen de transparante beschermkap.
  4. Start en pas aanZet de aan-uitschakelaar aan en stel de werkfrequentie in met de knoppen RPM + en −.
  5. VergelijkenVergelijk bij dezelfde instelling of de bougies ononderbroken en gelijkmatig vonken; hogere instellingen verhogen de vonkfrequentie.

Goed om te weten

Let op
  • De spanning op de bougies kan tijdens gebruik tienduizenden volt bereiken. Gebruik de tester nooit met het deksel open en raak de bougies niet aan.
  • Schakel de stroom uit voordat je bougies plaatst of verwijdert.
  • De resultaten tonen het vonkgedrag in de lucht; bevestig een vermoedelijke storing met de toepasselijke procedure voor het voertuig.
Onderhoud
  • Gebruik en bewaar de tester op een droge, geventileerde plaats.
  • Controleer losse onderdelen regelmatig en draai ze vast, en vervang verouderde bedrading of versleten onderdelen tijdens het onderhoud.

For over 20 years, I’ve maintained my own cars. During tune – ups, I’d often replace spark plugs without checking if they were still good. I’m looking forward to this tester helping me cut down on plug costs. The tester is simple to operate. You just insert the plugs, close the cover, connect the power, and switch it on. The engine speed simulation feature is great for finding low – RPM misfires. Plus, I can tell if a used plug is still okay by comparing its spark to a new one’s. All in all, it’s a handy addition to my workshop. The only downside is it can’t test the small spark plugs in 2 – cycle lawn equipment engines.
