1. Sealing and Connection Parts

   Connector and wrench, a soft rubber hose plug set, cone adapter, bladder adapter and smoke hose replace the pieces that seal off a system and carry smoke into it.

2. Fill Bottle and Hook

   The oil fill bottle tops up the smoke oil, and the hook hangs the detector under the hood during a test.

3. Smoke Generation Parts

   Heating cotton holds the oil that the detector heats into smoke. Replace it when smoke output stays weak after a fresh oil fill.

4. Internal Components

   The built-in air pump and the main board are also offered for repairs inside the detector.

How to Choose and Fit

1. Identify the detectorThe T80 has no pressure gauge; the T100 adds a pressure gauge; the T105 has a pressure gauge, an airflow meter and adjustable smoke flow.
2. Select the partChoose the model and the part name in the options.
3. Let it cool and disconnectDisconnect the battery clips and let the round heated section cool before working on the detector.
4. Fit and refillFit the part, then add 10–15 ml of baby oil or liquid paraffin if the oil was drained.
5. Check smoke outputReconnect to a 12V battery, open the airflow valve gently and switch on; the hose should fill with smoke in about 30 seconds.
