Motorcycle Fuel Injector Cleaner and Tester with Nine Test Programs
The FXTUL UNT60 cleans motorcycle injectors in an ultrasonic tank, then runs them on a pressure-controlled bench to compare spray volume, spray pattern and sealing. It runs on 220V mains only.
- 9 Test Programs
- 0–7500 r/min Simulation
- 0–0.6 MPa System Pressure
- 100 ml Glass Cylinders
- 40 kHz Cleaning
Key Features
-
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Cleans one or several injectors at a time, removing deposits and internal blockages.
-
Speed Simulation Tests
Idle, medium and high speed tests, plus an accelerating test that sweeps 750 to 7500 rpm and a variable test that steps through 750, 4500 and 7500 rpm.
-
Uniformity and Spray Volume
Each injector fills its own glass cylinder, so volumes can be compared. Injectors on one vehicle should be within 2% of each other.
-
Atomization View
A backlight behind the cylinders shows each injector’s spray pattern and angle clearly.
-
Leak Test
Holds the injectors at 0.3 MPa to check for dripping; a sound injector generally shows no leak within one minute.
-
Adjustable Parameters
Electronic pressure regulation, with adjustable test time, pulse width, frequency, injection count and switching cycle.
-
Reusable Test Fluid
A visible level gauge shows the fluid in the tank, and test fluid drains back for reuse.

How to Use
- Prepare the injectorsCheck each injector’s rubber seal and replace it if damaged, then clean off external grease.
- Ultrasonic cleanSet the bracket in the tank, add cleaning agent, plug in the drive wires, select program 01, set the time (10 minutes by default), press start and turn on the ultrasonic switch.
- Add test fluidWith the drain handle open, pour about 1000 ml of testing agent through the glass window using the funnel.
- Mount on the railFit the top inlet connector, grease the injector O-rings and lock the injectors in place with the lock pole.
- Run the testsFor the idle test, set about 2 minutes, adjust pressure to 0.25–0.3 MPa and keep the 3 ms default pulse width.
- Check spray volumeIn programs 08–10, set the injection count (typically 2000), lower the drain handle to read volumes, then raise it to return the fluid.

Good to Know
Caution
- Never start ultrasonic cleaning with an empty tank.
- Use only dedicated ultrasonic cleaning agent in the tank, and never use kerosene or gasoline as cleaning or test fluid; these damage the O-rings and rubber lines.
- Do not mix cleaning agent and testing agent. Using cleaning agent as test fluid can burn out the pump.
- The measuring cylinders are glass and break easily; keep other objects away from the unit.
Care
- Replace dirty test fluid: drain the tank, rinse it with a little fresh agent, drain again and add 1 L of new fluid.
- The fuse sits in a marked box at the power socket on the left side.
- For storage, unplug the unit, return the connectors to the accessory box, drain the cleaning agent and wipe the unit dry.
