Compare Injector Delivery, Spray Pattern and Sealing Side by Side
The V103 drives two fuel injectors under simulated idle, medium-speed and high-speed conditions at a constant 0.6 MPa, so you can compare delivery in the graduated cylinders, watch the spray against the LED backlight and check for drips in a high-pressure leak test. Use injector test fluid only.
- 4 Test Modes
- 2 Injectors at Once
- Constant 0.6 MPa
- 1,300 ml Tank
- LED-Backlit Cylinders
Key Features
-
Simulated Engine Speeds
Idle, medium-speed and high-speed tests reproduce different load conditions to reveal abnormal spray, sticking or clogging.
-
High-Pressure Leak Test
Detects seepage or dripping with the injector closed under high pressure.
-
Side-by-Side Comparison
Two graduated glass cylinders show fuel delivery consistency and uniformity between injectors.
-
Spray Observation
A high-brightness LED backlight panel behind the cylinders shows spray pattern, cone angle and droplet dispersion.
-
Electronic Pressure Regulation
Keeps working pressure steady without fluctuation throughout the test.
-
Countdown Timer
The digital display counts down the working time, set with simple buttons.
Highlights

Four Test Modes
Idle, medium-speed and high-speed tests plus a leakage test, selected from the function menu.

Dual Injector Sync Test
Run a known-good injector next to the one under test and compare the volume in each cylinder.

Simple Controls
Function selection buttons, a working time display with +/− adjustment, start/stop buttons and a pressure gauge.

Good to Know
Caution
- Use professional fuel injector test fluid. Never use gasoline, kerosene, paint thinner, injector cleaning fluid or harsh cleaners; they corrode the internal fuel lines and damage the O-ring seals.
- Never start the machine with an empty tank; running dry damages the pump and electronic components.
- Keep the pulse signal cables and connectors out of test fluid and cleaning solutions to avoid short circuits and mainboard damage.
- Choose the 110V or 220V version to match your local power.
Care
- When replacing the test fluid, drain the old fluid completely before adding 1000 ml of fresh fluid, and watch the level sight glass to avoid overfilling.
- Recommended run times are 10 minutes each for the idle, medium-speed and high-speed tests and 1 minute for the leakage test.
- After testing, turn off the main switch and unplug the power cord.
- Before long periods of non-use, drain the test fluid back into its original sealed container.
