Pulse-Flush Brake Fluid Exchanger for Motorcycle Brake Systems
The FXTUL BF608 pushes new fluid through a motorcycle brake circuit in adjustable pulses while drawing the old fluid out at the same time. It stops filling by itself when the new-fluid bottle runs dry, so air is not pulled into the lines.
- 110V / 220V
- 0.5–2.5 bar Working Pressure
- 1.6 L/min Flow
- 3.5 m Filling Hose
- 35W Max Power
Key Features
-
Adjustable Pulse Exchange
Pulsed delivery flushes the lines for a more complete fluid change. A front knob sets the pressure while the gauge shows it in real time.
-
Fill and Recover Together
Old fluid is collected in the recycling bottle at the wheel cylinder while new fluid goes in at the reservoir.
-
Separate New and Old Lines
Independent lines for fresh and used fluid keep the two from mixing.
-
Auto Stop on an Empty Bottle
Built-in pressure monitoring stops filling when the new-fluid bottle is empty, keeping air out of the brake lines.
-
Corrosion-Resistant Hoses
The hoses are made from a material that resists brake-fluid chemicals and stays flexible enough to move around the bike.
-
Replaceable Cable and Hose
The power cable uses an aviation plug and the filling hose a screw-on quick connector, so either can be removed and replaced.

Good to Know
Caution
- The packing list shows no reservoir adapter, while the filling hose connects to the reservoir through one. Make sure you have an adapter that fits your bike.
- Order the voltage version (110V or 220V) that matches your mains supply.
