Pulse Two Injectors at Once for Response and Spray Checks
The CT60 is a handheld signal generator that drives two compatible injectors together so you can compare actuation, spray shape and spray angle under the same settings. It needs separate cleaning or test equipment to hold the injectors and manage fluid, and it does not measure flow.
- 2 Injector Outputs
- 12 V / 75 V Drive
- 600–4,000 RPM
- 0–99 min Timer
Hauptmerkmale
-
Standard Injector Mode
The 12 V output drives compatible standard electromagnetic gasoline injectors.
-
High-Voltage Injector Mode
An instantaneous 75 V output drives the solenoid valve of compatible high-voltage injectors; use it only when the injector requirement confirms it.
-
Repeatable Settings
The LCD shows working frequency and time, so the same speed and duration can be recorded and reused for every comparison.
-
Pulse Output Indicator
A working light shows when the CT60 is sending the injector pulse signal.
-
Ultrasonic-Cleaning Companion
Pulse compatible injectors during cleaning in a separate ultrasonic tank.

Anwendung
- Identify the injectorConfirm whether it is a standard or compatible high-voltage type, and choose the connector and observation setup.
- Prepare the work areaSwitch off the engine, remove the injector per the service procedure, ventilate and contain fuel or cleaner spray.
- Connect the injectorAttach the pulse lead and adapter securely, with the injector installed in suitable cleaning or test equipment.
- Power the CT60Use the supplied adapter and cables as the manual describes.
- Set mode, RPM and timeSelect the injector mode, then use the same RPM and duration for every comparison.
- Run and observeWatch actuation, spray pattern, angle and unwanted dripping without entering the spray path.
- Repeat before decidingIf a difference appears, reseat the connectors and repeat under the same conditions.
Good to Know
Caution
- Never connect the clamp leads directly to AC mains.
- Separate equipment is required to hold the injector and handle cleaning or test fluid.
- Use calibrated flow or high-pressure equipment when the job requires measured delivery, GDI validation or OEM limits.
- Stop immediately if a cable, adapter, connector or injector becomes loose, damaged or hot.
- Keep fuel and cleaner away from flames, sparks and hot parts, and wear safety goggles.
