Ultrasonic Cleaning and Flow Testing for Six Injectors at Once
The V310 combines ultrasonic cleaning with microcomputer-controlled oil pressure to simulate engine conditions, so you can clean and inspect standard and GDI, EFI and FSI injectors from cars and motorcycles.
- 6 Injectors
- 3 Cleaning + 9 Tests
- 2000ml Tank
- 0–7500 U/min
- 12/70/120V Drive
Hauptmerkmale
-
Nine Test Modes
Idling, medium speed, high speed, accelerating, shifting speed and leak checking tests, plus idling, medium-speed and high-speed spray volume tests.
-
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic oscillation removes internal buildup from fuel injectors; spark plugs can also be cleaned in the tank.
-
Leak and Blockage Checks
Test injection under different simulated conditions to find leaking or blocked injectors.
-
Operation Panel
A TFT color screen with function buttons, injector voltage selection and pressure adjustment with a pressure gauge.
Highlights

Operation Panel
Set the function, pulse width and run time, select 12 V, 70 V or 120 V injectors and adjust pressure.

Ultrasonic Tank
Injectors are cleaned in the ultrasonic bath with their pulse signal cables attached.

Injector Testing
Simulates a range of working conditions to test injector performance.

Anwendung
- Pre-cleanClean the outside of the injectors with liquid before use.
- Ultrasonic bathPlace the injectors in the ultrasonic bath, keeping the fluid below the pulse line connection port, and run the ultrasonic cleaning; recycle the remaining cleaning fluid afterwards.
- Mount and checkFix the injectors on the main machine, test them for resistance, shorts and current draw, and fill the glass tubes halfway with test liquid.
- Run the testsPerform leak tests, spray pattern evaluation and flow rate testing, then retest all functions after cleaning.

Good to Know
Caution
- Do not turn on the ultrasonic cleaner before adding ultrasonic cleanser, as this may cause damage.
- Never put the pulse signal cable or its connector into the cleanser.
- Do not run the ultrasonic cleaner continuously for more than 30 minutes, or its life will be shortened.
- Cleaning injectors or the throttle valve without disassembly requires extra accessories at extra cost.
Care
- Add only enough ultrasonic cleanser to soak the injector needles.
- Do not use corrosive cleaning fluid for testing.
- Unplug the machine when it is not in use.
FAQ
What pressure does the machine work at?
Approximately 5-8 bar. This range is typically sufficient to simulate engine conditions and detect nozzle damage, and it is safer than excessively high pressure.
What liquid should I use for cleaning and testing?
For cleaning, a professional carbon deposit cleaning fluid is recommended. For testing, use professional testing fluid or anhydrous alcohol at 90% concentration or higher.
Can fluid be stored inside the machine for long periods?
No. The liquid is corrosive and prolonged storage may rust internal components; if the machine will be unused for over a week, drain the liquid.
