Constant Current, Constant Voltage
The charger adjusts output voltage and current automatically and stops output when the battery is full, showing “FULL”.

Live Readout
At start-up the display shows “2420” to identify a 24V 20A unit, then alternates between charging voltage and charging current.

Fault Codes for Six Conditions
A code appears, the fan stops and charging halts for: no load, pack voltage below the pre-charge limit, pack voltage above the trickle voltage, temperature over 65 °C, short circuit, or reverse polarity.

Protected Output
If the battery is reverse-connected or the output is shorted, the internal circuit disconnects from the battery so the charger is not damaged; a 15-hour maximum charging time guards against overcharging.

Always-On Cooling
The fan runs for the whole charge to keep the unit stable.
