Extract or Drain Used Oil, Measure It, Then Store It in One Mobile Tank
The OD750 recovers used engine oil by probe extraction or with a height-adjustable catch pan, lets you inspect and measure it in a transparent pre-chamber, and collects it in a large mobile tank for controlled discharge. Requires a compressed-air supply.
- 100 L Main Tank
- 12 L Transparent Pre-Chamber
- 20 L Catch Pan
- Long + Short Probes
- Vacuum + Gravity Recovery
Key Features
-
Three Oil Paths
Probe extraction, gravity collection through the catch pan, and controlled discharge from the storage tank, each as a separate procedure.
-
See the Oil Before Transfer
Observe and measure extracted oil in the transparent pre-chamber before moving it to the main tank.
-
Height-Adjustable Catch Pan
Collects gravity-drained oil beneath a raised vehicle.
-
Long and Short Probes
Different probe lengths suit compatible dipstick-tube and service-port extraction routes.
-
Fewer Tank Transfers
The high-capacity storage tank reduces how often you need to empty the unit.
-
Mobile Bay Design
Wheels, swivel casters, a handle and probe storage keep the station movable and organized.

How to Use
- Prepare the air supplyConnect clean compressed air and inspect the regulator, hoses, valves and tank level.
- Choose the recovery routeFit a compatible probe for suction, or position the catch pan for gravity draining.
- Build and isolate vacuumCreate vacuum as directed, isolate the air supply, connect the probe and watch oil entering the pre-chamber.
- Transfer to the main tankClose the extraction path and move the collected oil from the pre-chamber or pan into the tank.
- Discharge the tankUse the separate low-pressure discharge procedure into an approved waste container, then release tank pressure.

Good to Know
Caution
- Do not use with gasoline, diesel, brake fluid, methanol- or ketone-containing liquids, or other flammable fluids.
- Waste oil is hot; protect against hot fluid and surfaces.
- Vent the tank through the instructed procedure before service, storage or opening a connection.
- Compressed-air input, extraction vacuum and tank discharge are separate operating conditions; use the specified setting for each.
Care
- Confirm the probe can enter the service route without forcing, kinking or detaching.
