I bought this scanner to be able to perform a crankshaft sensor relearn and to be able to see misfire counts on different cylinders. It has worked well for me.

Great product. Great seller . Learn how to use the tool and follow instructions on the website and guide as to what functions work on which cars and you will be fine.Update after about 6 months of use. So i have to say if anyone is looking to get this then don't hesitate.i have a 2020 toyota highlander and i plugged it in when i first received it and it wouldnt even read the vin, a few months later with a new update and everything from oil reset to epb works. This tool is worth every penny, 08 honda pilot had an issue with srs and abs, this tool did the relearn procedure necessary to clear the light and fix the locking up of wheels issue.So many other examples i can give.

I've been a mechanic for 13 years and this tool does a fantastic job at a DIY price point. This unit has active tests so you can shut off injectors, reset adaptive learning for most if not all modules, and many more. I would recommend users, who do no have professional training, to be careful about using the resetting and calibrating functions for modules or systems they are unfamiliar with. I almost bought the MK808 but I'm glad I went for the DS808 because the active testing ability makes it worth every penny for someone who works on vehicles often.The tool software is laid out fairly well and I learned to navigate it well within an hour. The quick read function is great and pulls up every code in the body, chassis, and drivetrain. It gives you a easy picture of the current issues with the entire vehicle. And when you click on the code it takes you to the appropriate modules to diagnosis it.Of course this tool does not compete with the dealer tools or other $2000+ tools for commercial shops. But with that being said, this tool will do everything in you can possibly need in your personal garage. I would buy this unit again in a heartbeat,

I was looking for a 2 way scanner that could calibrate the yaw Sensors on Volvo. Did it with no problem. Has reset many other codes for Volvo. Love it so far.

I like the fact that i messed up my car system trying to configure a new key fob and because of that i had to do an extreme research in order to make it right. My car is now fine and i feel like a master in key programming

This scanner is a great value especially with the bidirectional controls. Now every manufacturer is different and the hot functions can vary but still a great tool.
