High-Output Dry Ice Cleaning With Adjustable Ice Feed
The HTS818 feeds dry ice pellets from a 7.5 kg hopper at a continuously adjustable 0 to 3.2 kg/min, with spiral stirring and air filtration to limit clumping and feed interruptions. It runs on an external compressor delivering more than 1–3 m³/min, which is not included.

How to Use
- Confirm the setupCheck external air flow and pressure, grounded power, fresh pellets and ventilation.
- Inspect and dry the air pathCheck hoses, gun, filtration and controls; purge moisture before loading.
- Load dry iceAdd fresh pellets without foreign material and close the hopper.
- Test the targetStart with conservative pressure and feed on a small suitable area and confirm the result.
- Clean and monitorWatch pressure and pellet delivery while collecting loosened contamination.
- Clear and shut downSet feed to zero, clear remaining pellets per the manual, disconnect air and power, and inspect wear parts.

Good to Know
Caution
- The air compressor and dry ice are not included. Verify the compressor’s actual flow at working pressure, dry air, and suitable hose and fittings.
- Confirm the 110 V or 220 V version, plug and nameplate before connection.
- Dry ice releases CO₂ and is cold and loud: ventilate the area and wear gloves, goggles, hearing protection, protective clothing and closed-toe shoes.
Care
- Confirm access, material, coating and procedure for every task; cleaning without disassembly or damage is not universal.
- Plan containment and cleanup for removed debris.
