Adjust the Lift Platforms to the Vehicle, Then Raise in Sync
The ATL-4S small-platform scissor lift adjusts platform length to vehicle size and raises with hydraulic synchronization; hydraulic locks and dual mechanical safety devices hold position and unlock automatically during descent. It must be installed on the specified concrete foundation.
- 4,000 kg Rated
- 1,560–1,760 mm Platforms
- 1,999 mm Lift Height
- Dual Mechanical Safety
- 24 V Control Circuit
Key Features
-
Adjustable Platform Length
Set the platform length to fit vehicles of different sizes.
-
Hydraulic Synchronization and Locks
Synchronized hydraulics support smooth lifting, and the hydraulic lock structure holds a stable position.
-
Dual Mechanical Safety, Auto Unlock
Two mechanical safety devices guard against accidental descent and release automatically when you lower the lift.
-
24 V Low-Voltage Control
The low-voltage control circuit reduces electrical risk during lifting and lowering.
-
Oil Hose Burst Protection
A burst protection device adds a safety layer to the hydraulic circuit.
-
Precision Cylinders
CNC-lathed cylinders with a smooth finish; rolling burnishing of the barrel improves wear resistance.
-
Hydraulic Components
Japanese and Italian seals for leak-proof operation and Italian ball valves for hydraulic control.
-
Durable Finish
Shot blasting and high-temperature spray coating, with wear-resistant bearings at the pivot points.
What’s in the Box
- Main and auxiliary lift units
- Electrical control box
- Accessories box
Optional equipment (SUV supporting tool, infrared level detection, foot protection during descent) is supplied only when it is part of the ordered configuration.
How to Use
- Qualify the siteBefore installation, confirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, clearances, power, air supply and approach space.
- Inspect before useCheck anchors, platforms, hoses, cylinders, locks and synchronization parts before loading a vehicle.
- Position the vehicleCenter it on the platforms and keep doors, tires and bodywork clear of moving parts.
- Set pickup pointsUse the vehicle manufacturer’s approved lift points and match platform placement to the wheelbase and load.
- Raise and checkLift just enough to take the load, verify contact points and balance, then continue while watching both sides.
- Engage the locksLower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone works underneath.
- Clear and lowerRemove tools and people, raise enough to release the locks, lower under control and check the lift after the vehicle exits.
Good to Know
Caution
- Install and anchor only on the specified concrete foundation and layout; obtain the installation drawing before site work.
- Do not exceed the rated load; capacity alone does not prove fit for a particular vehicle or load distribution.
- Confirm the mechanical locks are fully and evenly engaged before entering beneath a raised vehicle.
- Stop using the lift if hoses, cylinders, seals, anchors or synchronization show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.
- Keep people, tools and hoses away from the scissor mechanism, platforms and locks while the lift moves.
