Ultrasonic Cleaning and Flow Testing for Standard and GDI Injectors
The V309 combines ultrasonic cleaning with microcomputer-controlled oil pressure testing. It simulates a range of engine conditions to clean and test high-pressure EFI/FSI/GDI injectors as well as standard injectors.
- 4 Injectors at Once
- 3 Cleaning + 9 Tests
- 12V / 70V / 120V
- 9 Adapter Types
Key Features
-
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Cleans injectors in the ultrasonic tank without damage, and can also clean spark plugs placed in the tank with cleaning fluid.
-
Nine Test Functions
Idle, medium speed, high speed, accelerating, variable speed and leakage tests, plus three spray volume tests to check for leaking and blocked injectors.
-
Side-by-Side Comparison
Four injectors are tested at the same time in large measuring cylinders, so a weak or faulty injector is easy to spot.
-
Injector Voltage Selection
Select 12V for standard injectors or 70V/120V for GDI injectors before cleaning or testing.
-
Digital Control Panel
One-button start and stop, with adjustable test time, working frequency, injection times and shortest switching period within the allowed range. One person can run the whole job.
Highlights

How to Use
- Pre-clean the exteriorWipe the outside of the injectors with cleaning liquid.
- Ultrasonic bathPlace the injectors in the ultrasonic tank, keeping the fluid below the pulse line connection port, and run the ultrasonic cleaning.
- Recover the fluidAfter cleaning, recycle the remaining cleaning fluid.
- Mount and checkFix the injectors on the main machine, check resistance, shorts and current draw, and fill the test liquid to half of the glass tube.
- Run the testsPerform leak, spray pattern and flow rate tests, then retest all functions after cleaning.
Good to Know
Caution
- Do not turn on the ultrasonic cleaner before adding ultrasonic cleanser, or damage may occur.
- Never put the pulse signal cable or its connector into the cleanser.
- Do not run the ultrasonic cleaner continuously for more than 30 min, or its life will be shortened.
- Cleaning injectors or the throttle valve without disassembly requires extra accessories sold separately.
Care
- Add only enough cleanser to soak the injector needles.
- Unplug the power when not in use.
