How to Use
- Check the charging chainConfirm the plug and connector version, then inspect the outlet, circuit, grounding, cable, control box, connector and vehicle inlet for damage, heat, moisture or debris.
- Connect the supplyPlug into a compliant AC outlet rated for the current you plan to use and confirm normal power status.
- Connect the vehicleSeat the vehicle connector fully and check the connection status on the display.
- Set current or delayUse SET / OK to select a current the outlet, circuit and vehicle allow, or schedule the start.
- Monitor and disconnectStop if a fault, unusual heat, damage or an unstable connection appears; switch off the power, then unplug by the connector handle.
If charging does not start, check that the socket is powered, the plug is secure, the vehicle connector is fully inserted, the vehicle inlet is clean and undamaged, and whether a fault indicator is lit. Manual: C350 user manual (PDF).
Good to Know
Caution
- Use a correctly rated, grounded outlet and wiring for continuous EV charging at the selected current. Do not use non-compliant sockets.
- Confirm the vehicle inlet, plug type and 110 V or 220 V version before ordering.
Care
- Avoid sharp bends, pulling or strain on the cable while charging.
- Check the connector and vehicle inlet for foreign objects before each use.
