Charge 24 V Lead-Acid Fleets Automatically, Then Hold Them on Trickle
A 24 V 30 A smart charger for the lead-acid batteries in forklifts, pallet jacks, floor scrubbers and golf carts. It runs a 7-stage charge, switches to trickle mode when the battery is full and shuts itself down if it gets too hot.
- 24 V 30 A, 1250 W
- 7-Stage + Trickle
- 6 Protections
- IP67
- FCC & ETL
Key Features
-
Plug-and-Forget Charging
After a full charge it stops output and enters trickle mode, so the battery is not overcharged.
-
Temperature Sensor
A dedicated sensor adjusts the charging voltage and current to the ambient temperature.
-
Overheat Shutdown and Cooling Fan
Charging current drops when the internal temperature rises; above 65°C ambient the charger shuts down while the fan keeps cooling, then resumes charging automatically.
-
Reverse, Short-Circuit and No-Load Protection
A reversed or shorted battery is disconnected from the internal circuit, and there is no output when no battery is connected. After a short circuit, charging resumes only once the fault is cleared and the battery reconnected.
-
3-Color Indicator
An LED indicator shows the charging status at a glance.
-
Aluminum Body with Handle
An all-aluminum housing and an easy-to-reach carry handle.
-
Works with Series Packs
Charges a 24 V battery whether it is built from two 12 V batteries or four 6 V batteries.
Highlights

Fully Automatic Charger
Fan-cooled aluminum unit with a top carry handle.

7-Stage Charging Curve
Current and voltage are stepped through seven stages, backed by six protections.

Fan and Temperature Probe
The probe reads ambient temperature; the fan keeps running after an overheat shutdown.

Where It Fits
Forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing cars and floor scrubbers on 24 V lead-acid power.
Good to Know
Caution
- Do not disassemble the charger; opening the cover may cause electric shock or other damage.
- If an extension cord is needed, it must handle the charger’s maximum input current, and its length should be kept limited.
- Replace a damaged charger harness immediately, and do not place objects on the harness.
- Keep all vents unblocked and do not operate the charger in a sealed space.
Care
- Leave enough space around the charger for ventilation and to keep dust from building up on its surface.
- Keep the voltage drop on the charger-to-battery leads below 1% and size the leads for the output current, or charging performance will suffer.
