Read Fuel Pressure and Fuel Temperature on One Digital Gauge
The PT635 shows live, maximum, minimum and average fuel pressure together with fuel temperature and test time, and connects through 31 adapter types. For standard automotive fuel systems; GDI high-pressure testing needs a dedicated gauge.
- Pressure + Temperature
- Max / Min / Average
- 31 Adapter Types
- Data Hold and Zero
- 0.5% FS Accuracy
Key Features
-
Digital Pressure Readout
Values to two decimal places for easier reading and comparison.
-
Fuel Temperature Detection
Watch pressure and temperature changes together during fuel system checks.
-
Organized Backlit Display
Separate areas for pressure, max, min, average, temperature, time and units, readable in dim conditions.
-
Lock, Clear and Zero
Lock the display for reading, clear data and timing after a test, and long-press to zero pressure before testing.
-
Riveted Copper Adapters
Hard, wear- and oxidation-resistant fittings, plus tees and fuel-resistant hoses for compatible test points.
-
Unit and Backlight Control
Side and front buttons set pressure and temperature units, key sound and backlight.

How to Use
- Disconnect the fuel lineOpen the fuel pipeline interface according to the vehicle service procedure.
- Choose the adapterFit the adapter that matches the vehicle to the measuring probe.
- Zero the gaugeLong-press zero so the pressure reading starts from zero.
- Connect the probeAttach the probe securely to the fuel system and check for leaks.
- Start the engineRun the engine only after every connection is secure.
- Read and recordRead pressure, temperature and test time, and compare them with the vehicle specification.

Good to Know
Caution
- Not for GDI high-pressure fuel systems; use the PT640 for those.
- Do not exceed the 40 bar overload pressure.
- Depressurize the system per the vehicle procedure before disconnecting fuel lines, and check each connection for leaks before starting the engine.
Care
- Check and tighten connections regularly.
- Keep the tool away from corrosive liquids and store it dry and ventilated, out of heat and humidity.
