Compare Left and Right Air-Suspension Pressure in Real Time
The PT680 reads two air-suspension circuits at once and calculates their pressure difference live, helping you find leaks in air springs, lines and connection points. Confirm adapter fit on the target vehicle before testing.
- 2 Synchronous Channels
- Live Pressure Difference
- 0–20 bar Range
- ±1% FS Accuracy
- 4 Pressure Units

Anwendung
- Connect safelyDepressurize when required and install the correctly rated fitting and hose without forcing threads.
- Set the conditionOperate the system only as the vehicle procedure directs and watch for leaks at every connection.
- Capture the readingRecord the values, unit and operating condition; repeat when the procedure calls for a comparison or decay period.
- Depressurize and confirmReturn the system to a safe state, remove the adapters, restore the connections and compare results with the vehicle specification.
Good to Know
Caution
- The PT680 is for air suspension only; it is not an engine cylinder, oil, fuel, transmission or brake pressure tester.
- Confirm that the included hoses and adapters fit the target vehicle’s air-suspension system before testing.
Care
- Compare both channels with valve state, load and temperature held constant, and use any pressure decay to focus the leak inspection.
