Lift Low-Clearance Vehicles From a Floor-Level Start
The AUTOOL ATL-4SM and ATL-3SM are low-profile mobile scissor lifts that sit directly on the floor. Choose the ATL-4SM for more capacity and a larger platform, or the narrower ATL-3SM for tighter bays.
- 105 mm Initial Height
- 4,000 / 3,000 kg Models
- Automatic Mechanical Lock
- Pneumatic Unlocking
- Optional Approach Ramps
Key Features
-
Low Initial Height
Installs directly on the ground, so vehicles with low clearance can drive on and off more easily.
-
Mechanical Safety Lock
Locks automatically during ascent to help prevent accidental lowering.
-
Pneumatic Unlocking
Standard on both models; electric unlocking is an optional customization confirmed before ordering.
-
Central Connecting Rod
Synchronizes both scissor arms for stable lifting.
-
Thicker Oil Cylinder and Imported Seals
A thicker cylinder supports lifting stability, and imported Japanese and Italian seals improve hydraulic sealing.
-
Self-Lubricating Bearings
All moving joints use self-lubricating bearings; regular lubrication extends their service life.
-
Shot-Blasted, Powder-Coated Finish
Surface treatment for corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
-
Optional Movable Approach Ramps
An upgrade that works as extension plates for longer-wheelbase vehicles; not included in the standard version.
How to Use
- Qualify the siteConfirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, clearances, power, air supply and approach space.
- Inspect before useCheck platforms, hoses, cylinders, locks and synchronizing parts before loading a vehicle.
- Position the vehicleCenter it on the platforms and keep doors, tires and bodywork clear of moving parts.
- Set pickup pointsUse the vehicle manufacturer’s approved lifting points and match them to the wheelbase and load.
- Raise and checkLift just enough to take the load, stop to verify contact and balance, then continue while watching both sides.
- Engage the locksLower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone works below.
- Clear and lowerRemove tools and people, release the locks as designed and lower under control.
Good to Know
Caution
- Do not exceed the model’s rated load; capacity alone does not prove fit for a vehicle’s weight distribution.
- Install and anchor only on the specified concrete foundation; obtain the installation drawing before site work.
- Confirm the voltage, unlocking type and ramp upgrade before ordering, as they change the configuration.
- Keep people and tools clear of the scissor mechanism and pinch zones during movement.
Care
- Stop use if hoses, cylinders, seals, anchors or synchronization show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.
- Lubricate the moving joints as specified.
